Features:
Door: Removable front door and removable rear split door. The front door adopts four-point lock, v-type hexagonal mesh door, steel plate thickness is 1.5mm.The rear door adopts four-point lock, hexagonal mesh door and steel plate thickness is 1.2mm. Ventilation rate is more than 77%.
Structure: The rack enclosure adopts welded frame and assembly structure, which can be delivered in BU packing or KD packing .The load-bearing parts are made of high quality cold-rolled steel plates with thickness ≥2.0mm and the rest are made of high quality cold-rolled steel plates with thickness ≥1.5mm. The vertical stand in front of the rack and the side door can be sealed with a vertical blind plate to avoid short circuit of airflow. The depth of the pre-welding frame is 100mm for equipment installation and operation space are reserved.
Spraying: The rack surface after desulfurization, phosphating, pickling and electrostatic powder spraying accord with ROHS standards.
Cable management:
Two vertical PDU of any brand can be installed on the right side of the rear, including 1 spline plate and 8 cable management rings.
The maximum number of plastic fire-proof cable management teeth 88*60mm(W*D) for laying Cat6 is 89 Pcs (50%), and the plastic fire-proof cable management teeth 88*40mm(W*D) for laying Cat6 is 57 Pcs (50%) is optional.
The size of inlet on both sides of the top and galvanized cover plates at the bottom with 100mm2 round inlet holes at the front and rear.
