OEM process
1. Download and fill out the requirement form, send it to our email, and the sales will contact you within 12 hours.
2. Confirm the demand with the customer, recommend related products. And indicate the customization content requirements and provide a schedule.
1. The sales submits final requirements to R&D department for design.
2. Update the R&D results in real time within the schedule for three-way communication among customers, sales and designers.
3. Modify and record communication comments and file.
4. The department self-tests the final design plan and performs production calibration.
5. The sales send final design plan for customer confirmation.
1. Customers put forward written suggestions for the final design plan.
2. R&D revise drawings and provide production machinery confirmation drawings. (2D CAD drawings)
3. Sales quotation for the product.
1. Customers accept the price and confirm the sample.
2. Produce samples and complete quality inspection.
3. Shipment to customer.
1. Customer provides product appearance drawings and asks if the factory has the ability to customize the product.
2. Sales confirms to the customer the ability of customized production.
3. Both parties reach agreement and sign confidentiality agreement.
4. Customer provides detailed production drawings.
5. Sales makes quotation for the product.
6. The customer places the order.
OEM service content
Zhiting provides OEM customized services for data center products. The services include design, R&D, production and brand packaging and other aspects to provide customers with high quality products.
OEM customized products include: containers, energy cabinets, monitoring tables, cabinets, access enclosures, outdoor cabinets, PDUs, power distribution cabinets, etc.
Factory capacity and scale
Zhiting factory is located in Jiangshan, Quzhou, covering an area of about 20,000 square meters. The factory has factory workshop, integration workshop, test room, R&D area, exhibition hall, etc.
Cabinet capacity: 120 units/day
Outdoor cabinet capacity: 80 sets/day
Channel closure: 15 sets/day
Single channel closure: 20 sets/day
Power distribution cabinet: 5 sets/day
PDU: 1000pcs/day
